Hi, I'm Ann and I'm in my 70's. I've written (or started) several blogs over the past years. I did not go very far with them for various reasons. I love a few things in my life that I want to get back to: writing, photography (to complement my writing), reading, gardening, and quilting.

When I say "get back to" I am referring to remembering back to March 2021. I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer by a wonderful gynecologist in Sewickley PA. She shed tears as she told me I have cancer. The past 5 years I have been going through relapse, chemotherapy treatment, other treatments, switching oncologists, just basically feeling lousy - and guilty.

Why am I writing this? I am a retired Social Worker and I still have that deep desire to help other women.

 I will go into great detail about the cancer experiences. But I plan on talking about my whole life and different phases that were good or bad and what I learned. Everything I speak of will direct itself to my aging  - how have the experiences I've had contributed to where I am today.
